Choose one salad (standard) and one soup selection, to be served together for starter course

Thinly sliced beets, crumbled feta cheese, with Arcadian salad greens and a Honey lemon vinaigrette   

BABY SPINACH SALAD

Baby spinach leaves tossed in a lemon poppy seed dressing topped with seasonal berries, slivered almonds and Bermuda onions

GRILLED VEGETABLE AND GOATS CHEESE TOWER

Layers of grilled eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion and goats cheese with fresh summer greens dressed with a white balsamic vinaigrette and basil pesto.

ANTIPASTO PLATE

Roasted peppers, grilled vegetables, bocconcini and tomato, prosciutto, melon and kalamata olives finished with olive oil and balsamic syrup.
